Dear Family,
A Call to Joyful Participation
When God gave Moses the intricate plans for the Tabernacle, it wasn’t just a task for him alone but a call for the entire community to participate. The people responded with willing hearts, bringing their offerings, skills, and labor to create a dwelling place for God’s presence (Exodus 35:21). Each person had a role, whether it was crafting, sewing, or contributing materials, and together, they fulfilled God’s instructions with joy and generosity.
Similarly, our community is built on the faithfulness of those who step up to serve, sacrifice, and support one another. Every act—seen or unseen—plays a part in these special weekends where God’s love is revealed and His work is accomplished. It’s beautiful to witness the Fourth Day moved by God, responding not out of obligation but out of joy. It reminds me of The Love of God in Community by Catherine Heers reading, often found in take-home packets and team folders.
As we continue forward through Formations and weekend activities, let us remember that our participation matters. Just as the Israelites brought their best to the Lord, we too are called to give our time, talents, and prayers in service to Him. Thank you for the ways you continually respond to God’s call. May we always find joy in being part of His greater plan!

- It is an easy way to introduce potential candidates to Cursillo. Ask them to review the Attend Weekend and About Cursillo sections.
- It can also help educate clergy unfamiliar with Cursillo or who may have concerns.
Please take time to make yourself familiar with the new website. Look for your weekend picture, review the calendar items, and perhaps reread our history.
